HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow instructions at the challenge page url during the Entry Period and share a picture or video (each, an “Entry”) on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter using the designated hashtags and tagging to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The Entry must also comply with the Entry Requirements below to be eligible. Your profile must be public during the Entry Period. Although it is free to enter the Sweepstakes, if you participate in the Sweepstakes using your mobile device, standard data and message charges may be incurred. 

 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be entrant’s own original work, created solely by entrant and not created professionally; must not have been previously published, released or distributed in any form; and must not have won any award. Entries must not advertise or promote third parties’ goods or services, nor contain any material which violates or infringes any copyright, trademark, trade name, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy or other personal and/or proprietary right of any person or entity. Entry may also: not feature any person other than entrant and/or entrant’s family members; may not contain any personal identification, such as personal names, email addresses or street addresses, without express permission; not contain, mention, refer or otherwise allude to any material, subject or otherwise that is violent, lewd, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, racially or morally offensive or otherwise contain inappropriate content or objectionable material; not display or promote nudity, religion, alcohol, illegal activity, drugs or tobacco, firearms/weapons (or the use of any of the foregoing), any activities that appear unsafe or dangerous, or any political agenda or message; and not depict or itself be in violation of any law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entry that Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, does not comply with or is in violation of these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content.

 

LICENSE: By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants ClassTag and/or ClassTag’s partners, a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use entrant’s Entry, in whole or in part, with or without modifications, in any form or medium whether now existing or later developed, for any and all purposes without limitation and without further compensation, notice or approval from such entrant.

 

YOUR PRIVACY: By submitting an entry, the data you provide, including your name and Instagram handle can be shared by ClassTag and ClassTag’s partners. The information provided by entrants will only be used by ClassTag and ClassTag’s partners in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

 

MARKETING: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s consent to ClassTag and the Sweepstakes Parties (defined below) use of entrant’s Entry, in whole or in part, and the name, Instagram or Twitter handle, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and city and state of residence (collectively, the “Attributes”) of entrant and any family member depicted or appearing in entrant’s Entry, promotional and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further notice, approval, payment or consideration. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant represents and warrants that entrant is the parent/legal guardian of any minor child appearing or depicted in the Entry and grants the aforesaid rights on said minor child’s behalf and that entrant has obtained the consent of any other family member appearing or depicted in the Entry to the grant of the aforesaid rights on said family member’s behalf.

 

SELECTION OF WINNER, NOTIFICATION, AND ACCEPTANCE: Each entry will be reviewed by ClassTag. On 6/1/2020, the one (1) grand prize winning entry and ten (10) second prize winning entries will be chosen at random by ClassTag. The winners will be announced on 6/1/2020 via ClassTag Parents Facebook Page (https://www.facebook.com/ClasstagParents/) and the winners will be notified by a Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter comment. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. 

 

PRIZES: There is one (1) grand prize consisting of: an educational toys kit (the “Kit”)(details below), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $500 and one year supply of Orajel Kids Fluoride Toothpaste(ARV: $15.78) or Orajel Kids Training Toothpaste (ARV: $19.98) (total ARV of grand prize: $520). GOVERNING LAW/FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants, Sponsor or the Released Parties in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in New York, New York. Participants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction that they may have.
